不使用 pnpm，而是使用 yarn ​

在 koishi 官方的开发群内询问得知，koishi 框架的工作区依赖需要使用 yarn 来管理，而不是 pnpm。如果硬要使用 pnpm 来开发，需要自己想办法配置工作区文件。

创建本地项目 ​
